Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president in 2023, has promised the Kogi state residents that, if elected, his administration will make sure that flooding in the state’s riverine communities becomes a thing of the past. The Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello, announced Tinubu’s commitment in a message of goodwill on November 3 at the ultra-modern Muhammadu Buhari Civic centre in Lokoja.
